Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to *love* your Snugbee. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return any unworn, unwashed item within **14 days** of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition with tags still attached.

To start a return**, please email us at [[support@snugbee.com](mailto:support@snugbee.com)] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
* We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, kindly return your item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are **final sale** and non-returnable:

* Underwear or bodysuits
* Sale or discounted items
